Job details: Job Position: Sales supervisor - retail Location: Nepean, ON K2J 6H8 Salary: 21.50 hourly, 35 hours per Week Terms of employment: permanent employment, full-time. Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, On Call, Shift, Weekend Start date: Starts as soon as possible Number of vacancies: 1 vacancy Languages known: English Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience Experience: 1 to less than 7 months On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work site environment: Air conditioned, Work setting, Retail business Job Responsibilities: Assign sales workers to duties Hire and train or arrange for training of staff Order merchandise Establish work schedules Sell merchandise Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers Supervision: 1 to 2 people Experience and specialization: Area of specialization: Retail store Additional information: Personal suitability Accurate Client focus Excellent oral communication Organized Reliability Team player Excellent written communication Judgement Ability to multitask Who can apply to this job?
