Job details • Location: 4115 64th Ave SE Calgary, AB T2C 2C8 • Work location: On site • Salary: 44.63 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week • Terms of employment: Permanent employment; Full time • Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours • Starts as soon as possible • 1 vacancy Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality • Supervise workers and projects • Co-ordinate and schedule activities • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions • Estimate costs and materials • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed • Recommend personnel actions • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units Supervision • 3-4 people • Motor vehicle body repairers • Automotive technicians/motor vehicle mechanics Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure; Attention to detail; Fast-paced environment; Physically demanding; Tight deadlines Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots; Safety glasses/goggles Personal suitability: Client focus; Efficient interpersonal skills; Excellent oral communication; Flexibility; Judgement; Organized; Team player Who can apply for this job?
