Develop strategies to meet work schedules Supervise and coordinate the tasks of food preparation and portioning staff Provide training to employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety protocols Estimate and procure necessary ingredients and supplies Recruit food service personnel Monitor food service and enforce quality control measures Create budgets and cost estimates Handle customer complaints or inquiries Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste Prepare and submit reports as required Oversee the delivery of food trolleys Establish work schedules Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, Willing to relocate Email to: ilfornofusioncalgary@outlook.com
