Recruit food service personnel Guarantee food service and maintain quality standards Draft budget and provide cost projections Respond to customer feedback and issues Compile and present reports Provide the chef with food order overviews Oversee and inspect tray preparations Monitor and ensure proper delivery of trolleys.
