Job Description

We are seeking a kind, reliable Care Provider to support a young adult woman with physical and developmental disabilities in a private home setting. The individual receiving care is a warm and friendly woman in her 20s who enjoys music, and community activities. Job Details – Location: Langley, BC (on-site only, no remote option) – Wage: $25.00 per hour – Hours: 30 hours per week (full-time) – Schedule: Early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends may be required Job Requirements – Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience – Experience: Experience is an asset; training will be provided – Language: English required; Korean is an asset – Other: Criminal Record Check required Job Duties – Provide personal care and bedside assistance – Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene – Support with medication reminders/assistance – Prepare and assist with meals – Perform light housekeeping duties – Accompany client on walks and community outings – Provide companionship and emotional support – IMPORTANT: Assist with client transfers and mobility, including non-weight-bearing transfers; the position involves physical tasks and the ability to perform them safely.
