Position: Marble Mechanic Posted by Employer York Marble Job details Location: 2 Sheffield St., North York, ON, M6M 3E6 Work location : On site Salary 40.35 hourly / 40 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time Early morning, Morning, Day Start Date: as soon as possible Benefits: Financial benefits Vacancies: 6 vacancies Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience 2 years to less than 3 years On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Various locations Tasks Prepare, measure and mark surfaces to be covered, Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools, Pack grout into joints between tiles and remove excess grout, Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles, Lay and set mosaic tiles to create decorative wall, mural and floor designs, Cut, surface, polish and install marble and granite Mix, lay and polish terra surfaces.
