Job Description

About the role: The Mont-Tremblant Activity Centre is looking for a Senior Reservations Coordinator to manage and coordinate reservations for our outdoor and tourism activities year-round. This position combines customer service, operational coordination, and strong administrative/technical skills to ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to activity completion. Main responsibilities Handle activity reservations in person, by phone, and online. Provide accurate information and answer guest questions in French and English. Participate in activity familiarization (testing current/new activities) to better advise guests and support operations. Additional responsibilities (scope and complexity) Welcome and assist local and international customers (FR/EN). Manage reservations and payments using internal systems. Coordinate corporate and school groups (planning, logistics, follow-up). Update and maintain a specialized inventory system for activities (dog sledding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, etc.). Manage distribution and sales via OTAs (Booking, Expedia, Viator, GetYourGuide, etc.). Use and configure the reservation platform Ventrata (availability, integrations, optimization). Prepare sales, inventory, and OTA performance reports. Ensure sales reconciliation and support payment dispute management. Use Adyen to monitor and validate transactions. Support onboarding and training of new coordinators. Employment details Location: Mont-Tremblant, QC Job type: Full-time, permanent (year-round) Wage: $23/hour Requirements: Bilingual (French & English) – required Minimum 2 years of experience in tourism / hospitality / reservations / customer service coordination Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure Comfortable with computers and booking/payment tools (training provided for internal systems) Interest in outdoor activities and tourism is an asset College or university studies are an asset
