Job details • Location: R.R. #3, 2815 Princess St #7, Kingston, ON, K7P 2X2 • Work location On site • Salary: 28.00 hourly / 30 to 44 hours per week • Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time • Evening, Morning, Day • Starts as soon as possible • Vacancies: 1 vacancy Overview Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks • Evaluate daily operations • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost • Monitor staff performance • Plan and organize daily operations • Recruit staff • Set staff work schedules • Supervise staff • Train staff • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms • Conduct performance reviews • Organize and maintain inventory • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities • Address customers' complaints or concerns • Provide customer service Supervision • 5-10 people Who can apply for this job?
