Language: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience is an asset On-site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting: Spa Responsibilities (Tasks) Plan and organize daily operations; Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff; Address customers' complaints or concerns; Provide customer service; Set staff work schedules; Organize and maintain inventory; Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations.
