The Operations Supervisor will assist, report and collaborate closely with the Director of Operations ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage teams, coordinate projects, and maintain high standards of service quality. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees responsible for scheduling, logistics coordination, order tracking, and inventory control. • Prepare work schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate staffing to meet operational and service delivery requirements. • Monitor operational workflows, service timelines, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks. • Oversee inventory management related to warehouse storage contracts, including tracking incoming and outgoing materials and maintaining accurate records. • Coordinate operational schedules, resources, and logistics to support ongoing service contracts and projects. • Liaise with internal teams, partners, and clients to resolve scheduling issues, delivery delays, or operational disruptions. • Identify and resolve day-to-day operational problems related to scheduling, logistics, and inventory control. • Conduct regular performance reviews of supervised staff, provide training, guidance, and constructive feedback, and recommend corrective actions when necessary. • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and occupational health and safety standards. • Contribute to process improvements by recommending enhancements to scheduling, tracking, and coordination practices to improve efficiency and service quality. Skills and Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred. • Experience: 2-3 years of experience on operations supervisory role or similar position within a service-based company. • Skills: o Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. o Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
