Job Description

• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high-quality service. • Recruit and train staff, ensuring all team members are well-versed in food safety procedures and customer service protocols. • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance to ensure optimal staffing and productivity. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust operational procedures and pricing to maintain cost control and maximize profitability. • Provide quality customer service and implement operational procedures in alignment with customer expectations and service standards. • Address customer complaints or concerns professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality. • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. • Coordinate catering services and private events with clients, offering tailored menu planning and facility usage to support business growth and community engagement. • Plan and execute marketing initiatives, special events, and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and business growth.
