Overview: 1381611 ALBERTA LTD. o/a New York Fries is looking to hire 1 Permanent and Full-time Food Service Supervisor for its location at Medicine Hat, AB. No. Of Hours: 30-40 hours per week Start Date: As soon as possible Language: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 to less than 7 months Tasks: -Establish methods to meet work schedules -Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food -Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures -Hire food service staff -Ensure food service and quality control -Address customers' complaints or concerns -Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage -Prepare food order summaries for chef -Supervise and check assembly of trays -Establish work schedules Supervision -Food service counter attendants and food preparers -Kitchen and food service helpers -Staff in various areas of responsibility Work conditions and physical capabilities: -Fast-paced environment -Work under pressure -Standing for extended periods -Attention to detail How to apply: By email at nymedicinehatjobs2023@gmail.com
