21 Century in Delta, BC is looking for a Dispatchers Supervisor to work with our team. Title: Dispatchers Supervisor Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time) Salary: CAD 37.00 – CAD 38.00 per hour Working hours: At least 30 hours per week Benefit: 4% of vacation pay, extended benefits after 6 months Location: #110-6951 72 Street, Delta, BC V4G 0A2 Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience working with perishable products • Completion of secondary school education Main Duties: • Oversee, organize, assign, and monitor the work of clerical staff responsible for shipping, receiving, storage, distribution, inventory control, purchasing transactions, production coordination, crew dispatching, transportation scheduling, and other related functions • Ensure adherence to all safety, security, and operational policies, procedures, standards, and regulations, and contribute to ongoing improvements • Address and resolve operational issues and customer or internal complaints, implementing corrective actions and process enhancements as needed • Train employees on job responsibilities, operational procedures, and best practices • Request and manage necessary supplies and materials to support daily operations. • Maintain the efficient functioning of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, coordinating maintenance and repair when required • Conduct performance evaluations for team members, when applicable How to apply: Please send your resume to hr.21ctrading@hotmail.com
