Job Description
We are a small family located in Maple Ridge, BC looking to hire a childcare provider (Nanny) to help in taking care of our two children (1-year-old and 4-year-old)at our home/residence. It is a full-time permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week. Pay per hour will be $19.00 per hour. Candidates are required to have at least high school education. There is no requirement of previous experience, but relevant experience is always an asset. We are looking for a polite and empathetic provider. Provider is required to provide care at Child's residence for at least 6 hours a day for 5 days from Monday to Friday. Following is the major set of duties required to be performed but not limited to : • Change diapers • Follow parents' lead with toilet training • Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties • Bathe, dress and feed the child. • Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development Prepare and serve nutritious meals • Supervise and care for child. • Take child to appointments • Tend to emotional well-being of child.
