We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will prepare and cook a variety of dishes from Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai cuisine, ensuring high quality, presentation, and efficiency. Main Duties Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods based on menu specifications. Ensure all dishes are prepared to restaurant standards and served on time. Supervise kitchen helpers and assist in food preparation. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. Oversee kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Plan menus, determine portion sizes, and estimate food requirements and costs. Train and guide junior staff in food preparation and kitchen safety. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook in a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of Asian cuisines (Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai) is an asset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
