Employer Name: Doday Family Work location: Tamarack Neighbourhood in Southeast Edmonton, AB Title of position: Personal Support Worker (Elder Care) Positions available: 1 Job duties: - Assist elderly family member with a variety of tasks, including personal and bedside care, hygiene, medications, and exercise routine - Prepare and serve meals - Perform cleaning duties such as laundry, cleaning dishes, sweeping floors - Transport, or plan transportation of, family member to health-related appointments and obligations - Respond to emergency situations that may arise and provide immediate care, when required Terms of employment: Full-time (between 30-40 hours per week); morning, daytime, and weekend shifts Wage: $20.00/hour How to apply: Phone: 780-262-7373 between 11:00am to 6:00pm E-mail: ranjit@live.com Education required: Completion of high school is required. Work experience required: Minimum of 6 months of experience with caring for the elderly or infirm is required. Language requirement: Fluent communication in English is required.
