Action Force Transport Limited is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinators to join our team in Brampton, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication and marketing strategies that promote our business, strengthen client relationships, and enhance our brand presence. Openings: 02 Wage: 36.00 hourly / 40 hours per week Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Starts: As soon as possible Job Requirements: Language: English Education: College/CEGEP diploma Experience: Experience an asset Work Setting: Business (on-site only; no remote option) Responsibilities Develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes Develop communication strategies Develop policies Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content Perform administrative tasks Answer written and oral inquiries Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions Gather, research and prepare communications material Initiate and maintain contact with the media Conduct analytical marketing studies Develop portfolio of marketing materials Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions Develop marketing strategies Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge: -Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) -Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) -Salesforce -MS Office -MS Outlook -MS Excel -MS Word -Google Drive -LinkedIn -WordPress Specialization/experience (business sales and services) -Distribution Additional Information Work conditions and physical capabilities -Attention to detail -Large workload Personal suitability Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Flexibility Initiative Judgement Organized Team player Dependability Reliability Integrity Due diligence Who Can Apply Applicants must be: Canadian citizens, or Permanent residents of Canada, or Temporary residents with a valid Canadian work permit Please do not apply if you are not authorized to work in Canada.
