Restaurant manager Job details Location: 4604 37 Street SW, Calgary, AB T3E 7C7 Salary: $25.00 - $36.00 hourly/ 40 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent employment/ Full time Starts: as soon as possible Vacancies: 1 vacancy Overview Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 1 year to less than 2 years On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Evaluate daily operations Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Train staff Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Address customers' complaints or concerns Provide customer service Manage events Supervision 5-10 people Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Attention to detail Knowledge of Asian cuisine Personal suitability Client focus Flexibility Organized Reliability Team player Ability to multitask How to apply By email phoexpress.resumes@outlook.com
