East & West Alum Craft Ltd. is looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. Title: Supply Chain Supervisor Employer: East & West Alum Craft Ltd. Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time) Wage: CAD 34.00 - CAD 38.00 per hour Working hours: At least 30 hours per week Benefit: 4% of vacation pay or 10 days of paid vacation, extended benefits after 6 months Location: 7465 Conway Avenue, Burnaby, BC V5E 2P7 Requirements • Completion of a post-secondary education program in business is considered an asset • Several years of related work experience would be an asset Main Duties: • Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of team members involved in material handling, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment of aluminum and construction components • Oversee scheduling and coordination of material deliveries to and from fabrication sites and project locations • Ensure that inventory levels of aluminum materials, welding components, and related supplies are maintained to support continuous production and project timelines • Monitor compliance with workplace safety regulations, equipment usage protocols, and company policies related to warehouse and yard operations • Identify and resolve operational issues related to order delays, material shortages, or shipment errors • Implement corrective actions and process improvements • Support and train staff on safe handling of aluminum products, material tracking systems, and job-specific procedures • Coordinate with the welding and fabrication teams to ensure timely availability of required materials and components • Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of warehouse equipment, forklifts, and computerized inventory systems
