First Nails, located at 361-105 Southbank Blvd, Okotoks, AB T1S 0G1 is seeking a permanent full-time Nail Salon Supervisor for our business. This position is available to be filled immediately. In the role of Nail Salon Supervisor the ideal candidate shall be required to: oversee the daily operations of the salon including co-ordinating and assigning work duties to salon staff; creating shift schedules for salon staff; resolving any complaints or concerns among customers or staff; training salon staff on job duties; ensuring that health & safety regulations are adhered to by staff; monitoring stock of supplies for the salon; placing orders for supples when needed; ensuring smooth operation of salon appointment system and point of sale system; and ensuring that the quality of salon services meet the high expectations of our clients. Must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; communicate effectively; be organized, reliable and show attention to detail. Candidates must hold a secondary school diploma and have 1-2 years of relevant experience. The selected candidate must have their own mode of transportation to & from work, and shall be required to provide a clean Criminal Record Check prior to commencement of work. This is a permanent, full-time position with a wage of $25 per hour plus gratuities for minimum guaranteed 30 hours hours per week.
