gas station supervisor Job details LocationLac La Biche, AB T0A 2C0 Workplace information: On site Salary 21.30 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Shift, Weekend Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 2 vacancies Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Urban area Remote location Relocation costs not covered by employer Retail business On-site customer service Responsibilities Tasks Assign sales workers to duties Hire and train or arrange for training of staff Order merchandise Authorize return of merchandise Sell merchandise Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers Supervision 3-4 people Retail salespersons and sales clerks Additional information Security and safety Bondable Transportation/travel information Own transportation Public transportation is not available Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Handling heavy loads Attention to detail Combination of sitting, standing, walking Standing for extended periods Personal suitability Accurate Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Flexibility Organized Reliability Team player Who can apply to this job?
