Line Cook Employer - Swiss Chalet Business and Work Location: 390 Baseline RD suite 150 Sherwood Park, AB T8H 1X1 Salary: $17.50 / hour Vacancies: 1 Vacancy Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30-40 hours / week Start date: As soon as possible Employment groups: Youth, Visible minorities, Newcomers and refugees Job requirements Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 7 months to less than 1 year Tasks Requisition food and kitchen supplies Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies Inspect kitchens and food service areas Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Order supplies and equipment Supervise kitchen staff and helpers Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Clean kitchen and work areas Manage kitchen operations How to apply By email swisschalet.sp@gmail.com Who can apply for this job?
