Cook (NOC 63200) Company: The Flats Eatery+Drink Location: 2491 99st North Battleford, SK Wage: $16.50 per hour Positions Available: 2 Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent Application Date: ASAP Language Requirement: English Job Overview: The Flats Eatery+Drink is currently hiring two (2) Cooks (NOC 63200) to join our culinary team in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment and supporting overall kitchen operations. Education & Experience: • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work Environment: • Setting: Restaurant • Workplace: On-site only • Shifts: Day, Morning, Evening, Weekend Responsibilities: • Determine the size of food portions and estimate food costs • Plan menus and estimate food requirements • Requisition food and kitchen supplies • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances • Inspect kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and functionality • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and food handling • Order supplies and equipment • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment • Manage overall kitchen operations Additional Information: Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: • Attention to detail • Fast-paced environment • Ability to work under pressure Personal Suitability: • Client focus • Team player • Time management Who Can Apply?
