Cook (NOC 63200) Company: Blue Diamond Restaurant Location: 1428 22nd Street W, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, S7M 0S9 Wage: $16.00 per hour Positions Available: 3 Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent Application Date: ASAP Language Requirement: English Job Overview: Blue Diamond Restaurant is a well-established dine-in and takeout restaurant located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We are currently hiring three (3) Cooks (NOC 63200) to join our kitchen team. This role involves preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Education & Experience: • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work Environment: • Setting: Restaurant and Bar • Workplace: On-site only • Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Weekend Responsibilities: • Determine portion sizes and food costs • Plan menus and estimate food requirements • Requisition food and kitchen supplies • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances • Inspect kitchen and food service areas • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling • Order kitchen supplies and equipment • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment • Clean kitchen and work areas • Oversee and manage kitchen operations Additional Information: Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: • Fast-paced environment • Attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure Personal Suitability: • Organized • Time management • Team player Who Can Apply?
