P0B 1J0 Job Duties: Duties and Responsibilities Include: • Manage the overall operations of all food and beverage service areas within the resort, including fine dining, casual dining, lounges, bars, in-room dining, and banquet services. • Lead and supervise the service team to ensure consistently exceptional guest service in alignment with JW Marriott’s luxury hospitality standards. • Develop and implement service protocols and training programs to maintain a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and product knowledge among staff. • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house service, enhancing efficiency and guest satisfaction. • Oversee staffing needs including recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluations, and continuous development of food and beverage service employees. • Monitor service quality and guest interactions, resolving issues promptly and ensuring personalized, memorable guest experiences across all touchpoints. • Manage F&B service budgets, track sales, and control operational costs, labour, and wastage to maximize profitability. • Coordinate logistics and service execution for weddings, corporate events, and group functions, ensuring seamless, high-quality service delivery. • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote special F&B offerings, seasonal events, and local partnerships that enhance the guest experience. • Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, liquor licensing regulations, and Ontario health and safety requirements. • Continuously evaluate guest feedback and service trends to refine strategies, improve offerings, and implement service enhancements. • Promote a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and innovation to uphold the JW Marriott brand promise and elevate the resort’s F&B reputation. • May perform other duties reasonably assigned by management.
