Shack Shine located is hiring a Window Washing Supervisor for their company located at 8546 16th Avenue, Burnaby, BC. This position includes working at different mobile locations in the Vancouver and Burnaby area. This is a full-time and permanent position The duties of the Window Washing Supervisor will be as follows • Supervise and coordinate the work of other cleaners. • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met • Arrange for additional services required by the clients • Hire and train cleaning staff • Prepare work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departments • Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs • Uphold the values and standards of Shack Shine. Education Required • Completion of secondary school is required Experience Required • Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a related field is required Skills Required • Must be able to supervise other staff • Strong communication, people, administrative and organizational skills • Background in customer service and sales will be an asset Wage and Benefits • Wage being offered is $24.50 per hour • 3 weeks of paid vacation Work Hours • 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) • Must be able to work evenings and weekends (when necessary due to the nature of the business with commercial work) This position is open to indigenous persons, vulnerable youth and newcomers to Canada.
