Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems Maintain general ledgers and financial statements Post journal entries Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports Reconcile accounts Prepare financial statements and reports Manage accounts payable Assist with record management Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control Experience and specialization: Computer and technology knowledge Automatic data processing (ADP) Accounting software MS Excel MS Outlook MS Windows MS Word Quick Books MS Office Additional information: Transportation/travel information Own transportation Work conditions and physical capabilities Ability to work independently Attention to detail Fast-paced environment Repetitive tasks Personal suitability Accurate Client focus Dependability Organized Time management
