First Nails, located at 361-105 Southbank Blvd, Okotoks, AB T1S 0G1 is seeking to hire permanent full-time Nail Care Technicians for our business. These positions are available to be filled immediately. In the role of Nail Care Technician the ideal candidate shall be able required to: clean, shape and polish fingernails and toenails and provide related treatments; apply colour and design to customers nails in an artistic fashion; ensuring that standard health & safety practices are adhered to during customer care; monitoring stock of supplies for the salon and notify supervisor when supplies need replenishing; use salon appointment system and point of sale system when required; ensuring that the quality of nail care services meet the high expectations of our clients Must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; communicate effectively; be organized, reliable and show attention to detail. Qualified candidates must possess a high school certificate and have a 1-2 years of previous experience as a nail technician or have completed a formal program for aestheticians, nail arts, manicurists and pedicurists if no experience. The selected candidate must have their own mode of transportation to & from work, and shall be required to provide a clean Criminal Record Check prior to commencement of work. This is a permanent, full-time position with a wage of $22 per hour plus gratuities for 30-44 hours per week beginning as soon as possible..
