There is no option to work remotely. Tasks: - Supervise and assist team members in preparing pizzas according to established company recipes, ensuring accurate plating and packaging for dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders. - Prepare pizza dough and fresh ingredients daily, maintaining consistency in texture and flavor as per operational standards. - Handle food preparation tasks such as making sauces, cutting vegetables, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours. - Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and kitchen equipment, ensuring timely restocking and minimal waste. - Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and hazard-free kitchen environment at all times. - Cook a variety of side dishes and specialty items including wings, subs, pitas, pastas, salads, and other menu offerings, following precise recipes and presentation guidelines. - Prepare and organize raw ingredients for daily use, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation to maintain freshness and food safety. - Select the correct components for each menu item, maintaining consistency and quality across all orders. - Manage and prioritize multiple food orders, ensuring each is cooked to the correct temperature and delivered promptly to meet customer expectations. - Operate ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, while also receiving deliveries and placing inventory in designated storage areas.
