Company Business Name: 2268277 Ontario Inc. o/a Tim Hortons Business Address: 2311 St. Joseph Blvd, Orleans, ON K1C 1E7 Title of the Position: Store Manager Number of Positions Available: 1 Job Duties: • Plan, coordinate, direct, manage and evaluate the day-to-day tasks and operations of the restaurant. • Develop, implement, and analyze budgets. • Monitor revenues and payroll records in order to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted. • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste. • Implement policies and operational procedures in order to determine ways to improve service, performance, and/or safety. • Recruit, train, and manage food service employees and supervisors. • Schedule employee work hours to ensure that all shifts are adequately covered. • Regularly inspecting all work areas to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations. • Address customer needs, comments, and complaints. • Take inventory of food supplies and other consumables, place orders with suppliers as needed, and receive deliveries. • Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, and evaluate employee performance.
