Job Description

Organic Nail Lounge of Calgary is currently seeking to hire a full time Nail Salon Manager to join its staff. Qualified candidates must possess a high school certificate and have a minimum of 2 -3 years previous experience as a supervisory position at a spa. And having hands on experience as an aestheticians (such as nail technician, lash applicator) would be an asset. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess effective interpersonal skills, and work well with fellow staff members and customers. Job responsibilities include Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff Plan and control budget and inventory Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies Hire, train and supervise staff Address customers' complaints or concerns Wage offered is $40.00 per hour plus gratuities. Permanent, full-time, minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week beginning as soon as possible. A criminal record check is required for this position, as well as your own transportation.
