Location: 1905 W Broadway Vancouver, BC V6J 1Z3 Salary: $29.00 per hour Vacancy: 1 Start Date: As soon as possible Workplace Information: On site Employment groups: Indigenous people, Newcomers to Canada, Veterans, Visible minorities, Youth Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 40 hours per week Employment Conditions: Day, Evening, Morning Job requirement: Languages: English Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Tasks: - Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies - Evaluate daily operations - Monitor staff performance - Plan and organize daily operations - Set staff work schedules - Supervise staff - Train staff - Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms - Conduct performance reviews - Participate in marketing plans and implementation - Address customers' complaints or concerns - Provide customer service - Manage events Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Attention to detail Personal suitability: Accurate, Organized, Ability to multitask Who can apply to this job?
