Location: 20055 Langley Bypass Langley, BC V3A 8R6 Salary: $29.00 per hour Vacancy: 2 Start date: As soon as possible Employment groups: Indigenous people, Newcomers to Canada, Veterans, Visible minorities, Youth Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 40 hours per week Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Morning Job requirement: Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks: - Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods - Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances - Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies - Inspect kitchens and food service areas - Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food - Order supplies and equipment - Supervise kitchen staff and helpers - Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment - Clean kitchen and work areas - Manage kitchen operations Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks Personal suitability: Organized, Team player, Time management Who can apply to this job?
