Maintain records of food quantities used. Package take-out food orders. Portion and wrap food items. Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables. Stock refrigerators and salad bars. Take customer orders. Utilize manual and electrical appliances for cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming food.
