Execute the preparation and cooking of full meals or specific dishes to meet individual preferences. Tailor dishes to accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their dietary needs are met. Follow guidance from dietitians or chefs to craft specialized meals for patients as required. Strategize menus, assess portion sizes, forecast food needs and expenses, and oversee procurement of supplies. Conduct regular inspections of kitchen facilities and dining areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Provide supervision and guidance to kitchen staff and assistants to ensure efficient workflow. Keep meticulous records of inventory levels and equipment status to facilitate smooth operations. Take charge of overall management of kitchen activities to maintain quality and efficiency.
