Job Description
Bottom Line Ventures Ltd. Dba Subway Sandwiches and Salads located at Surrey, BC is looking for Food service supervisor. The candidate should have either a minimum of 6 months of related experience or a Certificate/ Diploma in the relevant education. Pay per hour will be $20.00. This is a permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week. Some of the job duties of this position will be: • Establish methods to meet work schedules. • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. • Train staff in job roles, sanitation, and safety procedures • Ensure food service and quality control. • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage • Prepare and submit reports.
